When I first began creating this piece, I was deeply inspired by the profound connection between a character and its voice. As I worked on the canvas, the world of "Loki" and the emblematic figure of Miss Minutes felt naturally intertwined with the vibrant spirit of Tara Strong, the voice behind the character.
I chose a warm palette of golden-orange hues, reflecting not just the character's iconic colors but also the warmth and familiarity of Tara's voice. My intention was to create a sense of unity, a harmonious blend of character and voice actress. Every brushstroke on Tara's face and the detail in her eyes was a tribute to the depth she brought to Miss Minutes.
The background with its scattered light patterns was a deliberate choice to create a soft contrast and emphasize the central theme. It gave depth and allowed the main elements to stand out, embodying the continuous passage of time.

Pearl Linen Postcard - This 3.5"x5" postcard is printed on linen, creating a almost canvas appearance. Between the linen weaves are pearlescent clusters, which increase the contrast of the art.
Holographic Poster - Printed on 8.5"x11" heavy duty card stock, these posters are dipped in holographic foil prior to printing. This enhances all of the darker tones in each painting (especially the line art), bringing subtle shards of iridescent colors when hit with direct light.
