• When art is downloaded and printed without compensation to the artist, it significantly impacts the artist's ability to make a living as a creator.

We can try, but we can't stop anyone from doing this if they really wanted to.

It's important to really think about what this means - if it becomes a normal practice for everyone, artists won't be able to afford to continue creating art.

Rhapsody in Rain and Rogue

Rhapsody in Rain and Rogue

I envisioned a modern fantasy city at night, humming softly with its unique rhythm. I could feel the cool rain on my skin, mingling with the warmth of the city lights. It's this moment, this feeling, that I tried to capture on canvas.

I saw myself as the rogue, dressed in purples and blacks, standing by an open window. My gear, a collection of items I'd imagined over the years, symbolized a sense of readiness, a quiet anticipation.

Color played a significant role in my painting. The purples and blues were deliberate choices, aiming to encapsulate the serenity of the night. I spent a lot of time working on the play of light and shadow, striving to create a delicate balance that would evoke feelings of tranquility and reflection.

To me, the rogue's expression is one of peaceful introspection, perhaps taking a moment to breathe in the world around her before embarking on her next adventure. It's a moment of pause, a gentle sigh amidst the city's continuous heartbeat.
