In this piece, Ash Williams stands as the embodiment of resilience in the face of overwhelming odds. I chose a palette of neon colors to capture the intensity and the otherworldly experience that Ash encounters. The vibrant hues are a departure from the traditional darkness associated with his narrative, aiming to represent the energy of his battles in a different light.
I focused on the composition to ensure that Ash's determined stance and the action-ready position of his chainsaw hand were central. This choice was intentional, to highlight his readiness and courage without the need for excessive detail. The result, I hope, is an image that allows those who view it to engage with the narrative on a personal level.
In creating "Neon Necronomicon," I aimed to bring forth the essence of Ash's struggle and the chaotic backdrop against which he fights. It's a moment of stillness amidst the turmoil, a snapshot of defiance.

Pearl Linen Postcard - This 3.5"x5" postcard is printed on linen, creating a almost canvas appearance. Between the linen weaves are pearlescent clusters, which increase the contrast of the art.
